Theo Stylianou founded SIMPLY CATERING with the guidance and assistance of The Prince's Trust. With the help of The Prince's Trust, Theo was involved in Get into Cooking where he was selected along with James Tomlinson to work for over a year at Mosimann's under the guidance of Mr Anton Mosimann.

The Prince of Wales was joined by Liz Hurley to launch the new scheme from The Prince's Trust at Mosimann's.

The Prince and Ms Hurley toured the kitchen and watched as the two young chefs showed off their talent.
