Because of popular demand from our clients, we have introduced a hog roast catering service. We can accommodate most requests and bespoke requirements but below is our most popular hog roast package.
Traditional Hog Roast
Whole Pig (approx 65kg) seasoned and slowly cooked over charcoal and then served in a soft fresh roll with crackling, apple sauce and sage & onion stuffing.
This is cooked and prepared by one of our chefs and served buffet style.
Serves up to 100-150 people
