Theo Stylianou founded Simply Catering in 2003 with the guidance and assistance of The Prince's Trust. With the help of The Prince's Trust, Theo was selected to work for Mosimann's where under the guidance of Mr Anton Mosimann, he gained in-depth knowledge of banqueting work. Working at Mosimann's gave Theo the opportunity to use his banqueting skills to be part of a team who prepared and served Christmas lunch in December 2003 to Prince Charles and Prince William at St James's Palace. Since then Theo has been part of a team catering at various functions at Highgrove and Clarence House.
Theo has worked as a chef and catering manger specialising in all sectors of catering. A career spanning over ten years in the catering industry has equipped Theo with the abilty to offer clients a service second to none.
At national and culinary competitions and exhibitions he has gained various awards and medals.
Theo has also been awarded a NVQ Level 3 in professional cookery and a certiicate in food saftey by the Chartered Institue of Environmental Health.
At Simply Catering, Theo controls the day to day running of the business, as well as personally supervising the preparation of all menus. Personal interaction and understanding customer needs is an important aspect of the service provided by Theo and Simply Catering.
